Forms - Scouts Canada
For All Scouts Canada Forms visit the Scouts Canada Website. Scroll down to and click on "Administration and Forms" Here are links to some common forms:
Camping and Outdoor Activity - complete this form whenever your Section is meeting at a different location or camping - must be approved and signed by your Group Commissioner
Code of Conduct - applies to all Scouts Canada volunteers and staff; click on the + beside Child & Youth Safety, and the .pdf document will be downloaded
Hold Harmless Form - release for non-members attending camps or events
Incident Report Form - for reporting an injury or other incident at a Scouting event
Parent/Guardian Consent Form - for camps/events longer than 3 days
Physical Fitness Form - for non-members attending camps or events
